Denise, Thanks for your quick dealing with our purchase. I just thought you might like to know, one of the reasons why we have brought the jacket is that it was made at the factory originally owned by my family, and my father was responsible for the designs. I thought that there would not be any Mastacut wear left so was quite nicely surprised to see that there are still items doing the rounds and that the jacket looks as good as when it left the factory. Hello Denise, Just to let you know the Daks DJ arrived this morning and is even better than I expected. Just wanted to drop you a line to say how impressed I am with your service. I ordered my Harris tweed jacket Friday afternoon, and received it before 10 o'clock saturday morning, how good is that ! As for the jacket, well let's just say it exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely mint. I was only buying a second hand jacket to throw on with a sweater and a pair of old jeans, but I might have to re-think and use it for work in the winter. You honestly could not tell it was over 50 years old; apart from obviously the cut and fabric of the suit, which was much superior to anything I have seen in stores at the moment, and believe me I looked everywhere for a classically-designed dinner jacket! When I took it to the tailors to get altered, they were all impressed with the quality and condition of the suit, and with only relatively minor alterations it really does look as if it was made for me."
