I wanted to provide a mens on-line specialist vintage shop that sold ONLY the very highest quality men's vintage suits and classic vintage mens clothing, a gentlemen's vintage boutique... offering the "Best of British" style clothing. Being originaly from London, I just had to name the shop Vintage Whistles! ( Whistle & Flute being Cockney rhyming slang for suit.)
As we also specialise in vintage & classic tweed we recently decided to change our name to convey better what we do, hence Tweedmans Vintage was born. Nothing else has changed but our name, we still offer the highest quality classic & vintage menswear : )
I have however been in the clothing industry a number of years and have always had a passion for all things vintage.
I am also a Trade member of the Vintage Fashion Guild.

   Tweedmans Vintage is now run by Myself and my husband. ( Steve )
He also has a real passion for all things vintage. As you can see from photo he LOVES classic cars, his current vehicle is a 1960 VW camper van which has been the feature car in Volksworld magazine!  They named it "The Shining".
He isnt JUST the teaboy, he helps with the day to day running of the business and is co-owner of  Tweedmans Vintage ....although he DOES make a great cuppa!
